Manoj Tiwari started his career as a Bhojpuri Singer & actor. He is a renowned face in the Bhojpuri Film Industry. In 203 he did a role in the Bhojpuri Film Sasura Bada Paisawala which was a commercial hit and is said to have revived the bhojpuri film industry. His other highly successful Bhojpuri Films includes Daroga Babu I Love You and Bandhan Toote Na .
Manoj Tiwari uses the nickname “Mridul” in all his bhojpuri song albums . Besides Bhojpuri Films Manoj has also sang “Jiya Ho Bihar Ke Lala Jiya Tu Haazar Sala” in Gangs of Wasseypur ( bollywood film)
Manoj Tiwari has also supported Baba Ramdev’s hunger strike at the Ramlila Ground protests .

- In 2014 he contested the Lok Sabha Elections from the North East Delhi Constituency and defeated AAP’s Anand Kumar by a huge margin of 1,44,084 votes
- In 2016 he was made the Delhi BJP President.
- In 2019 he contested the Lok Sabha Elections from the North East Delhi Constituency and defeated Congress’ Sheila Dikshit by a huge margin of 3.63 lakh votes
