Sakshi Tanwar majorly famous for her role as Parvati in TV serial show Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki. Sakshi Tanwar is an Indian film and Television actress. She has won many awards like Star Guild awards, Indian Telly awards, Indian Television Academy Awards for her work and contribution to the Television industry.
Sakshi Tanwar was born to a middle class family in Alwar Rajasthan. She completed her studies and started working at Taj Palace delhi as a sales trainee. After this she started working at a clothing store in Delhi where she used to get a salary of rupees 900. When Sakshi was preparing for her competitive exam she also auditioned for role of host in Albela Sur Mela. She failed to clear the exam however cleared the audition.
Sakshi Tanwar went unnoticed in her show Albela Sur Mela but became popular with her role as Parvati in Kahani Ghar Ghar ki. The show was hit and gave her huge success. Subsequently she also did shows like Balika Vadhu, Devi, Kutumb and Jassi Jaisi Koi nai. She then took up the role of Priya Ram Kapoor opposite Ram Kapoor in Bade Ache Lagte hai and the show received wide popularity.
