Saumya Tandon is an Indian film actress, host and Television actress. She was born in Madhya Pradesh Bhopal and her family shifted to Ujjain where she completed her schooling. Her father was a writer and professor at a college in Ujjain and has also written a lot of books on English literature. Saumya Tandon became a household name with her comedy TV serial Bhabhi Ji ghar Par hai?.
Saumya Tandon started her career with modelling and walking ramp shows. She participated in Femina Cover girl and was the runner up of the contest. SHe has hosted a lot of TV shows and serials. She made her Bollywood debut with the film Jab We Met as Kareena Kapoor’s Sister.
